The Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Duo is really cheap phone like less than $200. It comes with Android Kitkat 4.4.4 and it has pretty good ram 1GB. If you root it successfully you can increase the ram and also install a custom rom from Linux for Ubuntu Mobile; just the right kind of phone for a programmer and hacker XD

Android 4.4.4 is already in general detail. For hacker certainly will not do. In poker play and all.

Samsung j7 - good. I bought in 2016 Motorola Moto G4. Motorola has made some upgrades to one of its best phones - the Moto G. The Moto G4 имeeт 5.5-inch Full HD...  Angry Roll Eyes    Battery life is impressive , but it's not a perfect phone.  Cool Shocked The rest of the Moto G4 - good.  Cry  For this model, I found excellent headphones that the music sounds just fine. Here's a cool article with good models http://jonsguide.org/best-top-headphones-under-200-reviews/  Roll Eyes Tongue Moto G4 best performance below £200. Cry
