There are services that solve them for you and bots  Grin So a combination is probably better.

Please help me

at first, change your faucetbox api key (if you using faucetbox)

check your logs in cpanel (if your hosting supports that) - and see what IP is connecting the most
modify your .htaccess and deny this IP address (or range if they are attacking from one range)

but i think i know who is it Cheesy  one russian f*cker  i fighted with him more than 1 week.. now my faucets has only human users and everything is normal.

PS: This f*cker is reading bitcointalk and stalking for new faucets and "testing" the security...  so you can see what is his bitcoin wallet address and disable it (probably using more than 1)

If you use the faucetbox script - go to admin panel enable nastyhosts and put the following into the ASN field:

Try to use some tools to ban many IP at the same times. And try to make your site more secure by using harder captcha or some other methods which can avoid bot coming to your site. I had this situation 4 months ago and it made me quit making faucet because these people stole at lease 0.05 bitcoin from my site.

Do you think, a person can claim 1 Satoshi while waiting for 60 second?
What do you mean for that you mean the count down after they are claimed?
If they are claimed depends how you set your countdown it should be count before the next claim is available.. so i think this is your problem because there is some script from bitcoinblackhat forum according to other that there is a script that can reset the countdown instantly.. without waiting the count to be done..
