They aren't good for mining but gamers prefer the 390 over the 480. Try eBay that would be your best bet.

Yes exactly. Bitcoin miners are the majority of people who are looking for equipment in this section in the first place, would go for the 480 over the 390 at this requested price point just for that fact.
