"eBoost Society to Launch First eSports Cryptocurrency"

(Los Angeles, September 15, 2016) – The International eBoost Society (http://www.eboost.gg)
has announced that it will create and issue the world’s first cryptocurrency for use in the growing
eSports field, according to co-founders Marshall Long, Nicholas Thomas and Lionel Iruke. The
new eBoost token is a piece of software that will be used as an in-game cryptocurrency to
facilitate wagering in player-to-player matches within the rapidly growing sector. The Society is
responsible for the creation, maintenance and promotion of the eBoost software token, which
will initially be used by the popular eSports site, Mockit (www.mockit.gg), which has received
more than 5 million replays on Amazon.com’s Twitch.tv.

eSports games, like chess or ping pong, are considered games of skill and therefore it is legal to
have tournaments in virtually every global jurisdiction, including the United States. In addition,
many global markets also allow for wagering by viewers, and the eBoost Society is actively
pursuing partnering with sites that provide these opportunities as well. The beauty of
cryptocurrency is that it is less restricted among borders than traditional payment systems like
Master Card and Visa, although each site may put limits on who may participate.
The eBoost Society will begin its public crowdfunding exclusively at Bittrex (https://bittrex.com),
one of the leading and most secure global cryptocurrency exchanges.

eBoost is a non-mineable, proof-of-work token, with 100 million coins authorized, up to 20 million of which
will be sold in a crowdsale which begins its public portion today with a 24-hour bonus of 60
percent additional software tokens over the final day baseline of 3000 eBoost per bitcoin. Every
day thereafter, the rate of bonus coins will drop, beginning with a 33.33 percent bonus on day 2
through no bonus on day 42. The crowdsale site will automatically change the bonus coin
formula daily at 11 am pt / 2 pm et / 6 pm gmt. The private software presale was done by
invitation only and ends one minute before the public crowdsale begins today; the public
crowdsale schedule was as follows:

 Bittrex will host 20 million tokens at a first-day price of 4800 eBoost per BTC each.
After that, the second-day price will drop to 4000 eBoost per BTC, and it will go down
25 EBST per day until it reaches a final-day price of 3000 EBST per BTC.
 The crowdfund will run for approximately 42 days beginning September 15, 2016 at
11:00:00 PST and ending on October 27, 2016 at 10:59:59 PST.
 The crowdfund must raise a minimum of 150 BTC to be considered a success. If this
minimum goal is not reached, all crowdsale funds will be returned.
 Any coins not sold by the end of the 42-day crowdsale will be verifiably “burned”
(destroyed by sending to a public address with no known private key).
 Initial trading coins will consist of the crowdsale coins, plus 2 million coins held by the
Foundation for initial business development, marketing, tech updates and maintenance.

"Below are the full terms for the eBoost Crowdfunding campaign. These conditions will not change during the crowdfunding period.

Of the remaining 80 million authorized coins, their uses and issuance will be as follows:

5 Million for Technology Build, Maintenance, Upgrades (1 Million Issued, then 83,333 per month for 48 months)
5 Million for Marketing, Business Development (1 Million Issued, then 83,333 per month for 48 months)
20 Million New Player Bounties & Incentives (based on signups at new user sites)
50 Million Long-term Issuance Based on Demand of Coin in Games (locked for four years, unless aftermarket price doubles, then issued over 10 years based on active demand from users)
Once the crowdfund is over and successful, Bittrex will verify there is a working wallet, blockchain, and block explorer. The eBoost development team will send the tokens sold to Bittrex. Bittrex will distribute it accordingly.

Within 3 days of a successful CFC Bittrex will release the funds raised to the eBoost development team, and open the market for trading.

No trading of the coin will be allowed until the crowdfund ends and escrow is released.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS - by participating in this crowdfund, you are agreeing to the above terms.

While Bittrex does verify that the wallets, block explorer, and blockchain work immediately after the CFC period, we do not verify or endorse any claims the developer makes around their business model for the coin or that they will continue to maintain the code base. Before choosing to donate, the user must decide for themselves what level of risk they are willing to take.

The final amount of tokens distributed during the crowdsale was 838159.07 tokens for 202.25 BTC and a final selling price of .00003333 each
