what type of Exchange you need ?

Do you want to make btc/usd trades? If so, open a thread in the marketplace subforum and start an exchange business there. But since you are a newbie, probably nobody is going to trust you because you have zero history in this forum. You may use a wellknown escrow service though.

please to explain what you want to do because maybe i can not understand what your mean by writing like that. and let me make this clear things out, this is forum and this is not market exchanges, but you can find a lot of interesting and good info about bitcoin, trading bitcoin and altcoin and many thing. i think you can find your answer by doing a little search on this forum. and then you can ask if you don't understand.

The only way to get profit buying/selling bitcoin is buying bitcoin with your local currency from local guy at market rate, selling those bitcoin for higher than market rate in this forum accepting some risky reversible payment methods like skrill, paypal, neteller etc (don't deal with new members, always sell to trusted and reputed members here). Than sell those payment methods funds to local currency or just cashout to your banks if they support it.

You can put 10-15% price margin depending upon payment methods.

NOTE: this is really risky way to buy/sell for margin, but there is not just another way where you can make profit without doing actual margin day trading in trading platforms.
