I have been trying to withdraw my funds from Paypal but I have not been successful because the account is limited. When I contacted their customer service, they advised me that the only way I can get access to my funds is withdraw to a US bank account. Apparently, Paypal no longer allows withdrawals to Payoneer - they claim it is linked to virtual banks which do not carry out KYC.

I wanted to know if there is any US bank that allows non-US citizens to open an account online. Thanks for your feedback

I don't think there is any such US banks have searched about such banks before also and couldn't find one. The best and easy option for you could be asking any of your US friends to receive payment for you, send paypal to their paypal account and they can withdraw those funds to give you. You can also try using bitcoin debit card providers, linked it to your paypal and try to withdraw.

Thanks for your input. As I mentioned in the OP, my account is limited. That means the only option I have is withdraw through a US bank account. The money can not be send to anyone when the account is limited. We even have an option of withdrawing PayPal funds to one of our local banks here. Bu because the bank is not a US bank, it is not possible to withdraw using it.

You can't open a bank account if you are not american? Oo

What if you withdraw to your local bank and access your account by internet? So in this way you can move to any account you want.
