I would like to export all the private keys of my electrum wallet in an encrypted way so that i can store them in a safer place on my pendrive, etc.
What is the best way i can achieve this, so that the output file is password encrypted too ?

You can just store the password-protected wallet file. AFAIK electrum doesn't have the ability to export encrypted private keys.

Just remember that the seed phrase is more important and most likely more secure than a password.

If I may ask, why the private keys instead of the seed?

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

I plan to save the encrypted file to google drive so that by chance if my primary pc gets crashed/damaged, my funds would not be compromised.
So i guess that in your opinion exporting seed is much useful/

Yes, creating an encrypted backup of the seed will not only backup your current private keys, but also all future private keys you will derive from it. You could just create an AES container with e.g. VeraCrypt using a strong password. Put a text file with the seed in the container and store in on google drive.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

You can save a copy of the wallet file using file menu > copy. Assuming you already have a password set in your electrum wallet then you can upload that file to your cloud account and you are done. When you set a password electrum encrypts the seed using that password. So there is no need to use another encryption app.

No offense intended, but that's a matter of opinion.

Electrum has never used key stretching, which makes wallet files with shorter/weaker passwords in the realm of being brute-forcible. For example, an Electrum wallet with a password containing 8 lowercase letters or digits would cost somewhere around $100-$200 to brute-force (some back-of-the-napkin calculations can be found here).

Personally I'd avoid uploading my wallet to the cloud unless I was certain it had a strong password, or used an additional layer of encryption with strong key stretching such as Veracrypt as shorena mentioned.
