What's up with the absurdly high price? Graded ones went for much lower recently.

Lauda is correct. An MS69 just went for 1.15 BTC, which is too low for such a rare and desirable coin - but that asking price of 1.7 for an ungraded one is a bit extreme in current conditions. Good luck though.

I agree, it's a nice coin but the max I would start it at right now is 1.25BTC which as stated by Zepher is over the current valuation of this same coin graded MS69. 

Just a heads up as it may take a long time to sell since others are willing to sell their graded ones for less.
