Paypal is the devil!! The best thing to do to receive credit card payments is to have a payment processor or use bitcoin.
PayPal have its own policies, it's one of most secure payment source,
But if you are a decenertlized and want to be anonymous than PayPal is not for you, PayPal need full identification and proof,
You are absolutely right this same happen to me I was using this without any problem but suddenly I have message from support about my funding and I completely fail to give them any proof now they already block my account I lost some good amount in this which is not returnable to me if some one want to use this must complete all formalities its must

You can create a scam accusation thread so you can warn more people as a lot more people look at that thread when checking for the reliability of that website. That would be you best bet to warn people about that site because here there is a limit number of audience, only people looking to discuss about the market place.

hello
i sold many btc for paypal
now paypal asked me about payment received
what i can tell ? how can i give them evidence?
Just tell them the  truth, they will not hold your funds as long you can give them a valid reason and evidence. Just tell them what exactly you did and it will be ok. Dont be scared as long as what you did is legal.

Paypal= we'll f**k you and you'll say not a word, I don't know how is it possible to receive funds in an unverified account and then spend the funds yet any need for answering their questions? can't you create invoices manually and receive money like you are selling something specified in the invoice?

I think its not a good idea for now to deal with paypal if you are selling bitcoin and if buyer is not trusted they can reverse the payment and even you are telling the truth giving the transaction id is enough because i think they do not know it .. and the buyer can say that he do not know him or his account is hack.. So in order to be safe better to go in safety place like here look for trusted buyer in bitcoin here with high rank accounts and use escrow ..

if by "Asked" you mean a polite Email wondering about the source/deal of funds, I don't think that would be much of an issue, I doubt they would even question you about it rather than just measuring the risk-scale for doing business with you.

if you mean a chargeback, then the amount you sold for BTC is most likely won't be coming back, PayPal is siding with the buyer particularly with digital goods/ bitcoin. even with chat and tx's, most likely they will refund back the payment.

Paypal is very funny when it comes to disputes and when you give them that digital goods story you lose the case, so telling them the truth about source of funds won't do you any good especially with bitcoins involved.

If he is going to provide any information about selling and buying of Bitcoins then surely he is going to lost his case and money very quickly because they are not going to give any chance in this digital related link try to give some other proof may give asses back to him

Paypal should only be used to receive or send payments for merchandises.  You must also have a tracking number for your purchases/sales.  If there are any disputes and you're unable to provide a tracking number, you're almost guaranteed to lose.  Paypal is not your friend when it comes to cryptocurrency transactions.

Actually it is against their TOS to do any kind of currency exchange:

You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:

The most effective method to deal with bitcoin trading into fiat is to find exchanges in your country/city, forget about paypal and their stupid rules.
I only showed my bank plastic card kept close to my face and sent a screen shot and every time I want to buy or sell bitcoin or any e-cash/money/currency I simply select from a list and then send them my coins to receive money in bank account and no one is asking anything from me whatsoever.

So if there are better options than paypal why do you even bother to go the hard way?

You are in real problem brother, paypal strictly restrict buy and sell of bitcoin using paypal. Where you have sold your bitcoin for paypal? If you are selling your bitcoin over localbitcoin or in this forum ask buyers to pay you in personal payment rather than paying for goods/services. However its always advised to cashed out immediately from paypal after you receive payment for selling bitcoin.

Just like you said, paypal does not allow to sell bitcoins using paypal, that's why many people that sells bitcoins, gets their payments using banks, because then they can avoid problems like this or even chargebacks. I advice you doing this too in future, and my advice is that you shouldn't lie to paypal at all because i heard stories that they freeze funds for even longer then.

hello
i sold many btc for paypal

Well, let me throw more light here. the contribution of some of the member's are correct too.

1. Paypal don't just ask for proof or evidence of each/specific transaction except there is something fishy going on either from your part or from the person to whom you sold the bitcoins to. vice versa.

It also depend of your previous on this account i.e if, you normally have small activities on this account per month & suddenly, there is an increase in activities & increase  in incoming fund into this account. Believe paypal will raise  flag⚐⚐ against you.

Please, don't mention bitcoin, someone has earlier suggested that you should come up with any story i.e you can tell them that you left your computer in the sitting room and one of your younger brother/sister log-in to your system and perform those transaction.

This will work out well if, you've traded for a few days from same ip address.

I hope it help.
