Not a good time to apply a signature campaign if you are a newbie, you need to work for less pay unlike when you have a higher rank. Actually you can  find in altcoins section,(Marketplace), there's a campaign there that accepts newbie.

Above comments are right, you don't have a better choice today so you must need to be upgraded first before joining some campaign.

It is better if you are going to keep on reading some helpful threads and tutorial threads at the beginners section.

Just like what Lutpin said, try to improve the quality of your post and you'll be fine as you rank up.

You can try Let's Think About Future campaign as it is accepting newbies also.No need to advertise on social media for which you can join a separate campaign.You are required to make more than 15 posts to and it is up to you

Its really difficult for your side to go join on those existing campaign since your rank will tell that nobody would accepts you for that matter, and i think the best way for you to earn for now is to go on altcoin section and hunt some altcoin bounties and by that doings you can actually earn huge profit rather than sig campaigns btc newbie's payments, or rather just forget the ambition on campaigns for now and build first the posting quality and the boards where you will post.

as you are just a newbie. I think you should forget about signature campaigns right now. and focus on ranking up your status and qualify of posts.
but your 2nd work is good. you better find an active facebook bounty campaign and do facebook related tasks.
for this purposes altcoin board is perfect place for you. almost every new ICO have facebook bounties.

As a "Newbie" your negotiations will be very short, or even no one will want to take them with you..
Proposition of 25 constructive, but low quality posts it is not attractive offer for advertisers.

If your Facebook groups have many followers, or your website is good quality and have many visits, it can be something, but you have to present them first.

Fact is that newbies aren't really eligible and being accepted for signature campaigns. So base on your description you can just simply choose those social media campaigns that are going to reward and allows newbie to join their campaign. You don't have choice as of now, you just need to wait for account to rank up if you want to be in a signature campaign.

I smell either a banned account or a multiple account . You look like a professional guy posting with all known facts what you can do . If you are a quality poster then you should have a high ranked account which will help you earn some good money or the one you will get from a newbie account will not make any difference to your savings .

If you are desperate for the campaign then I would suggest to look for the campaigns accepting newbies as posting here won't help. You might be aware that there is a specific process to apply for any signature campaign.

If i were  you, build first  your account  with  good  post  quality dont rush  up into  joining as of  now maybe  the best time  when you  reach either  member or full member rank that would be the best time. Besides  there are lots of ways  to earn not only on sig camps as you mentioned  you could able to  advertise  on social media sites  which is also possible   for  social media campaign  you could also earn from that.
