I like to ask on how can we report a scam seller here
so that other users don't scam by the same bad seller.

If the seller locks his thread, we will not be able to post and alert other users here.

Start a thread with proof in Scam Accusations.

If you know it's a scam (because it's a ponzi or for whatever reason) you could always archive the post at https://archive.org/index.php so if they're delete it you have proof of what was said. After that start a scam accusation thread as previously suggested by KWH.
