 I can make your dream into a spreadsheet, you just have to supply me with a few details and I will create it.
I feel home in Google spreadsheet or Apple's Numbers. I can however create Excel sheets, but it might take a bit longer.
 You will be able to follow along while I'm creating it, if it is made in google sheets.

It's a nice idea. A script to output addresses into electrum? Really nice.

May I ask, can you do web scraping? So since the normal thing is to list out a user's current posts and minus their uncounted posts to get their total posts that will be paid for, you can get excel to scrape the bitcointalk profile page and get their current posts.

Yes, I can use Electrum pay-to-many and show the data the way Electrum likes. If you are using a wallet which want the data to be written /sendTSX(ADDY;AMOUNT, ADDY;AMOUNT) that is also possible.

I can do web scraping, but there is a couple of difficulties if you want me to pull from Bitcointalk. I have successfully pulled your posts, but I'm not sure if it will work after a bit of time. Check the sheet below to see if it shows your post count without errors.

ark1 is the name of the sheet where the function is hidden. I'm calling the number from there, to make sure everything is working correct. I'm also running a function outside of the scraping, to make sure it is a number. I could put all features into 1 function, but it would require more time. It will be included if you buy a sheet.
The sheet call function can also be used on public sheets, to hide key functions from other managers.  

The import functions can be tricky. It is about knowing how to use them. They display the data differently and to make it succesful, you have to make sure the text is without line breaks if you want to make the data small.
 You have to learn which one to use in what way. In my case, I will be using the import function that display the data without linebreaks. I will be able to use 1 functionsand 1 cell to do more then what would be possible with a function displaying the data with a line break.

I have made this sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KHu9BWwy_QXIYAx2m_Tzs9BqPoTYUDhEDbHihZEXGsE/edit#gid=81124645. It shows the current active Burstcoin pools and calculates their recommended capacity and pulls the number of users. It doesn't show everything that is possible, as most of it is basic. The only functions in the sheet is in the column "Registered Users", "Recommended plot size" and on the sheet "Calculations". Most of it is just showing I know how to pull data, not that impressive.

If you want one, but not certain if I can live up to your quality, you can always try. I will refund you 100% if I can't give you a spreadsheet you like. The first spreadsheet is also 50%.

I have no help resources to learn Excel from. Most of what I know, has been learned from helping friends and some personal thing, like trading. I have also checked https://support.google.com/docs/table/25273?hl=en&ref_topic=3105472 and learned the functions I thought was cool.

If you want, I can create a few puzzles from which you will learn to use different functions. Starting easy, but slowly the puzzles will get harder and more complex.

And there would be links for each title to a specific shared document in google drive.
(The drive link is optional, I can do this myself if the rate difference is high.)

Yes, I believe I will be able to do it. If this is what you want;

A spreadsheet, that can order the .csv data exported from Poloniex and sort them into different sheets. It will do it according to the cryptopair (FCT/BTC, ETH/BTC, etc).

That should be do-able. The biggest issue is how Poloniex handles .csv files, but I know an easy fix to that.

Edit: I will first be able to make it on monday, as I got quite a lot to do.
