Agreement between gusti and GIANNAT.

This agreement is for the option for GIANNAT to buy from gusti up to 1000 LTC at a price of USD $6 per LTC, at any time before October 4th, 2013.

In return, GIANNAT is paying to gusti 200 LTC now to address LYwoZv67eykYd9c19k7qLmMDDE9bm5KR9N

gusti is obliged to keep the full amount of 1000 LTC in his own custody until October 4th, 2013.

For the final purchase of LTC option, escrow may be arranged between GIANNAT and gusti.
