the main reason of limited paypal is verification. if you find a way to verify your account your account's limit will be removed.

I am not sure anyone can help you get funds out of a limited PayPal account as all accounts are being monitored by their computers.
Just wait out the 180 days to collect your funds back.

Usually depends upon  the type of limitation you have got, if your account is limited for usual 180 days than you have no choice than waiting for 180 days to get your funds back.

And another case could be your limitation on transaction volume as an unverified member have reached and you need to verify your account to increase this limitation, in this case i have also seen few people offering verification of your paypal account to increase your limitation however most of them may just scam you and run away with those limited funds. Don't know any particular service providers/thread to recommend you.

I thought what's being questioned here is a way to remove limitation upon receiving and sending balance? Then, as some people already said, it will be easier to verify your account than to pay some service offered by someone. Mostly because the verification process is free and it surely is a lot more convenient than having to pay someone.

Any suspicious transaction are not let my PP get limited by them? I already verification my PP but I just got limit by doing the normal transaction (in the eyes of the system are identification by the suspicious transaction). I could say they might likely for freezing their user's account without giving any specific reason for us.
