We did a compare rate from some exchange platform then pick up the one with best rate and apply to us

it is so bad that i would never use your service only for that reason (lots of phising sites have such a bad translation in german speaking area so this point counts as a big red "no go")

yes for now we do issue VISA card only
Altcoins rate is real market rate.
for now we calculated rate based on shapeshift exchange rate
