Status of Litecoin mining pool mining-foreman.org

Somewhere during 2013 a new pool for mining Litecoins called mining-foreman.org was announced:

I mined a few LTCs and I never withdrew them into a private wallet. It wasn't worth much back then.
Today I tried to visit the website. As expected it's gone and so are my coins I guess.

Was this incident ever announced on the Internet or on this forum? I know a lot of small stratum runners (just like some exchanges)
do the same, pack up, close shop and steal away all the pending payments but I am curious to know
if mining-foreman.org moved to a different website after announcing it or did they just disappear?
