We have made some progress on the development of the districts, but with our limited budget, we expect release in late 2017, we will update the white paper and the OP as soon as possible with promotional and explainer videos, 3D Explorer VR test and more..

I was in the webpage, read the protocols you want to implement and White Paper and felt that the proposals could be a bit more elaborated. Did you consider to have some seed funding before the ICO for long term holders. This could help to finish the goals in the "Development progress", experiment Moonia and the ICO could be used to build a set of applications: Social network, Conference Roomsand, different e-learning applications.

Aeternity started a very nice model on 2 phases, separated 45 days one from the other... Real people can easily take place of Angel investors. If you think this project needs money now and in a near future it can be a good option...

The developers of the districts want to be anonymous, but if some of them change their minds, we will add it to the site.

I think the Era of developers remaining anonymous is over, I won't give someone I don't know my money, Satoshi did no ICO.

This project seems to be stalling and the team needs to understand that in Crypto things move very fast if they are serious in any way about the project
