We noticed that most of people didn't understand the Project, and for that we paused the advertisement campaign and we are preparing updates on all the aspects (website, whitepaper, Advertising,......) to be implemented these days. Than resume everything to the success of the Project.

One thing is Sure, the Project Districts will go forward, no matter what the outcome of the ICO is.
