After pming with the OP over the past 24h it's apparent that he won't give any details over PM and wants to use Skype or send me a document via email. He won't say what he wants done or why. He says it's not illegal but I highly suspect this is something he doesn't want there to be a record of.

You talk like a 10 year old. If its legal, then lets be transparent and speak about what it is about in public before doing any transaction in private. If youre not in CA, why not have a friend or family member pick anything up for you or have the papers deliver to a postal mailbox til youre back?
