Looking to buy 10USD worth of PPcoins with paypal, I'm aware that paypal isn't the safest for sellers. I'm willing to disclose personal information if requested by the seller. I just really don't want to go through all the BS of depositing money into the virtual exchanges, not close enough to a bank to waste my time like that.

Because theres a web of bullshit I have to go through to get money on them, unless they've recently started accepting debit cards.
