I made a similar thread to this like a year ago asking about the rules of marketplace...

I can't understand why posts don't get removed sometimes even though It's against the rules. OP here is clearly selling people credentials he gathered from his gambling CS:GO website : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1669703.0
just because those info don't belong to Bitcointalk users doesn't mean we should leave it for sell on the forums...

Digital goods section is probably the worst where cracked accounts are all over the place but they don't get removed. I don't think a proof is needed as It's more then obvious. What would selling Netflix , HBO , Hulu , etc... accounts being sold for 0.50$ in bulk means ? It's clearly cracked.

Another thing to mention is off topic posts , aren't off topic posts meant to be removed ? As you see here on the auction that theymos made : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1662893.msg16766695#msg16766695 It has nothing to do with bidding so I'm not sure why It still there.

Don't get me wrong , I'm not saying that moderators aren't doing their job or anything , I just want to get the rules right so my reporting gets better and helps the mods but from what I see those post should be removed..

This seems mallicious IMO, and I'd be more inclined to remove this even though it is not illegal.

There was some discussion regarding this a few months back, and unfortunately nothing has changed regarding the policy. The primary argument is how to determine that they are cracked? Let's say we start removing account sold for $0.50, then we move up to $1, $2 and so on. How do we determine a limit that prevents us from damaging legit sellers (they are a minority for sure)?

It's not fully off-topic as that might help theymos to determine whether or not to accept the bid from that user for the adspace, so it's kinda relevant to OP.
However, that information could also be given in PM (that was for example done when Betcoin.AG was bidding for a forum ad space and got rejected).

Don't get me wrong , I'm not saying that moderators aren't doing their job or anything , I just want to get the rules right so my reporting gets better and helps the mods but from what I see those post should be removed..
Sometimes, reports don't get handled in a long time.
I don't know if that's either to them being missed by accident, the mods just not being active or other reasons.

I've got a thread for two weeks now (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1657438.0), with clear evidence of forum rule violations,
being linked in every report I make (that's usually at least one daily). Yet, no answers/nothing happens.

Yeah, this is exactly why I left it. theymos can handle it if he feels necessary but the info may be relevant to him. The report on the CS:GO emails was marked as bad by someone.

This seems mallicious IMO, and I'd be more inclined to remove this even though it is not illegal.

Its pretty obvious that when a Netflix account is sold for $0.50 its cracked so why don't we start by removing them first and figure out the limit in the future?

The Digital Goods section is also filled with carded GC sellers. I will do my best to report them when I see one again.

It's not that hard as the membership on Netflix is expensive so anything less then 5$ should be considered as a cracked. I mean It's not a crime to sell for cheap but It's simply obvious , another way to detect a cracked account is when you buy it, most of the time crackers give it to you with the following format  :

Quote
email@bitcointalk.org:azeqsd123

It's how Sentry MBA (the software used to crack) export the lists of valid accounts and the easiest way to spot them is also when they "account will last for x months guaranteed" or "you shouldn't change the password and email" . Legit sellers should be able to give you full access over the account including the email address used while crackers aren't. I could continue to report those posts and It's up to you to decide and I could also stop If It's useless.

In my opinion , a thread with Marketplace rules  should be sticked and users should follow a format while selling accounts.

So, if I for any reason wanted to sell my account with 1 month subscription remaining for less than $5 that would be considered cracked? Note: This is just a hypothetical scenario to show why picking a limit is harder than it seems.

Yes, this is likely a 99% positive indicator that the accounts have been cracked. I would not mind doing something about this, but ultimately it is up to theymos.

I'm going to contact theymos regarding this then and see what happens. In the meantime , the CS:GO guy seem to be back under a new name : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1672341.0 and those are not the only cheap accounts he is selling ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=902295;sa=showPosts  - also selling Spotify , NBA and other accounts).
