There are other cab services as well which includes ola . I guess Canadian government would have ola not banned there . However if you want to hire some private driver then ask for the hotel manager or any people who is professional around you as hiring an unknown guy might fall you in some kind of trouble .

I don't reckon anyone on here will be able to help you with is service as it not self or you or them I would use a local cab company that might ive you a good rate or maybe hire a car out will be much cheap an safer for you and you will be sure to get where you want and back.
