My only strategy is that i just set my profit goal and achieve it in the future.  It is easy to win in the game if you triple or double your bet if you think you lost 2 or 3 consecutive or in a row.  This will be a high chance to win in the game.

What does this mean? You have to think that you lost it? You don't see your bets or what? Sorry, but this doesn't make any sense at all.
If you are referring to martingale here and doubling or tripling money on lose, 2-3 loses in row are really nothing and you should avoid this strategy.

I don't Know on what is he truly means for that and maybe he just reading the stats of win/loss on dice site and which is not truly applicable or working sometimes when we apply to our betting times, And if he is using martingale strat well he might surely win on his lucky times since I believe that strat has been well known by the devs/site owners and surely they already counter that and make it uneffective when applied.

I think what he means was "When you think you will have 2 or 3 contructives/straight loses in a row, just double or triple your bet until your bet win". But we know it's impossible to do, because we don't know how many loses will happen in our bets (it's randomly).
No, there is no something like that, if the dev/owner make a strategy into uneffective when someone trying that strategy, it means that sites aren't provably fair.

For us to win gambling bets we must learn the failures, that happened upon lossing the games that you played from previous rounds. The strategy that you need can be populated from the analysis that's been come up using the experiences from previous situation that you undergone. Controlling your bankroll has nothing do with your gambling or the profit that you are gonna made. The only proven strategy that will made you money is only to play EV+ games, this is not really a guarantee though however this might be your best bet to made profit in the long run and apart from that there isnt any

In sports gambling and poker games or skill based games similar to poker skill, experience and strategy will have an effect. But generally most games will not be influenced by anything but luck. The only strategy I can think of to win from gambling is to do advertising or opening your own casino. Betting with your money will only result in loss based on my experience. And OP is probably asking how to win from gambling because he lost too. What made you lose your money isn't the answer for you to win your money back. There are other opportunities in gambling. For example, if you know how to make a script, you can customize an autobetting strategy for dice sites. There's no sure win strategy like paroli, and martingale.

Yes there is no legit strategy to win and make passive income on gambling. Every do any strategy certainly the result will still be dependent on luck. The strategy is quite good to win in gambling I think on sports betting, skill and strategy are still valid there.
