Well, surely we can't say there is a winning strategy if we consider the won and lost money and compare the sums. Howeverm if we get some money for free and suppose that losing it doesn't count (I'm talking about faucets now) then we can say that getting a faucet and putting this money on 50/50, then if we win, put everything on autobetting on something with a really low probability to win. And then do it again and again. But I don't think it will really bring you money, because the sums are very small from the beginning.
