It is not hard, here is how to socks5 on mozilla http://sockslist.net/articles/socks-firefox-how-to it may be out of date (the graphics) but it works on the latest versions.

This is quite simple
Click on menu then go to advance then click on network then click on settings.
You should be able to continue from there.
