Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

No pools from what I see. This thread is only thing keeping it alive @ the moment. Dev needs to speak up and stop waiting for an exchange to dump on.

setup a coiniumserv pool for yourself and you wont ever have to look for a pool again Smiley
