I would like also to find mining asics (sha256 or scrypt) to integrate into products.

You need to keep a close eye on Bitmain website. Avalon promises to release its A7 next Monday. There is a liquid market for secondhand rigs such as Avalon A6 and Bitmain S7s but you need to know the right people.
