Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

According to the picture there one slot per card is used. Interesting. Current cards using 2 slots design.

They'll almost certainly run at lower clock speeds, and probably lower voltages, they're not designed for gaming.

Probably. bios mod would help I'd guess. NANOs like. undervolt + cpu/memory speed increase.

These would be useless for mining or gaming.

Not useless for mining, just too expensive - like pretty much ALL "workstation" video cards have always been.

They'll almost certainly run at lower clock speeds, and probably lower voltages, they're not designed for gaming. They are designed for scientific computing or for display many monitors at the same time. So not for mining.
