Probable and provable scammer!

This is the story:
After I saw a feedback against this user, I posted a message "Is escrow accepted?" on one of his threads, I did a website snapshot to prove that I posted it and I waited, after some minutes this guy has deleted my message!!
Why should a NEWBIE seller delete a message like this?

You should contact him asking him to make a deal in P.M and see If he accepts using an escrow or not , that should proof something. I personally wouldn't even bother posting on a newbie thread where there is a self-moderated activated If I were you.
