Normally there is consensus in the web that the ranking of the most well known motherboards from the Taiwanese brands are
1.MSI
2.GIGABYTE
3.ASUS
4.ASROCK

I would say go with ASUS not because is better than GIGABYET but because GIGABYTE has almost closed deals with AMD and so has done MSI, the only one who keeps updating their AMD boards are ASUS and ASROCK so based on my analysis above the clear choice is ASUS as it will keep updating their board with drivers and everything.

In the end you choose which you like more.

I've had a LOT better luck with ASRock over ASUS on motherboards.

 MSI - my sample size is too small to figure, but I do NOT like the rather junky BIOSes on the boards I DO have - and have the same issue BIGTIME with ASUS recent stuff and crap BIOS limitations.
 Haven't worked with recent Gigabyte motherboards.
