Rules and How to Play

Send any amount of BTC to your favourite candidate address.

After the election results are announced tomorrow winners will get the entire prize pool minus 1% fees.
If there are more than one winner, it will be distributed proportionately, decided by the share in the respective candidate's address and the time multiplier.

Both the addresses are controlled by ndnh.

Winners will receive BTC to the same address they sent original bet from.

No minimum or maximum bet.

Example: Mark bets 0.5BTC on Hillary, Eve bets 1BTC on Hillary. Total pot is 1.5BTC so if Mark wins Mark gets 1.485BTC, if Eve wins Eve gets 1.568BTC.


Time multiplier

To make it fair, the early bets carry a higher weight than the later ones.
Time multiplier starts at x10 and decreases by 1 every 2 hours.
From start to 4 AM UTC, November 8 : x10
4 AM UTC to 6 AM UTC, November 8 :  x9
6 AM UTC to 8 AM UTC, November 8 :  x8
8 AM UTC to 10 AM UTC, November 8 :  x7
10 AM UTC to 12 noon UTC, November 8 :  x6
12 noon UTC to 2 PM UTC, November 8 :  x5
2 PM UTC to 4 PM UTC, November 8 :  x4
4 PM UTC to 6 PM UTC, November 8 :  x3
6 PM UTC to 8 PM UTC, November 8 :  x2

Unfortunattelly you placed your bet few minutes too late so it will be refunded as soon as final results will be announced.

But hopefully this kind of forum based games will continue if there will be any interest. I would really like to see and create games like this at least once a week to bet on "important events" like for example big sports matches etc.....
