As what the other posts above me, there is no so called bitcoin account but rather a bitcoin wallet you can visit the site that achow101 gives, or this site https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet that site has the known bitcoin wallets that are used by many bitcoin users around the globe, before you choose you must review every one of them, if there is a fee in every transaction you will make or no, if this wallet has the largest percentage of bitcoin users used, if this wallet has many complaints(not recommended), if this walet required more personal information or not. And ask someone if what wallet they are using. Good luck

Well as mentioned by many community members, there is nothing like a bitcoin account. If you want to use (send and receive bitcoins) then you will have to create a bitcoin wallet. Creating bitcoin wallet is free of cost and you can create your first bitcoin wallet on blockchain.info website. There are many other ways and services but I would suggest you this one.

How to get bitcoin in your bitcoin wallet?
You can try bitcoin faucates to earn bitcoins (the easiest way but not good for short or long term) try faucets just to learn how to receive and send bitcoins.

Maybe OP has mistaken about openning a bitcoin related online site account to a bitcoin account. FYI, many sites refer their bitcoin wallet as bitcoin account where their user have different currency wallets. 

Anyway to have a bitcoin wallet there are several way, you can download the bitcoin core wallet, light wallets like multibit and others.  You can find it here: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet or you can create an account to several trading platform or exchange sites and create your wallet there.

Bitcoin is P2P currency which is based on separate protocol so it not need account or such term rather than it use term Wallet Address.

Just remember to activate 2FA, because these online wallets are not the first choice for people with high security requirements. If you have enough money, rather invest in a hardware wallet like Trezor for storing big amounts of bitcoins. Alternatively you can just create a secure paper wallet for long term cold storage.

Yea, good wallets for newbies. We don't have much money to store, nothing to lose if using an online wallet service.
Good to learn how the bitcoin transaction system works and to get some income
from faucet in general.

Good move. Don't keep your coins in online wallet. Especially in any wallet linked to an exchange. I don't even want to start on how many exchanges were already hacked.

For new bitcoin users the best wallets are software wallets with simplified validation (it means you won't have to download whole blockchain; currently almost 100 GB of data)
Examples of such wallets: Multibit HD, Electrum, Bither or he only online wallet I consider 'fine': Blockchain.info
To start with Bitcoin all you need is bitcoin and place where you can store it. There is no company behind bitcoin, all BTC wallets are freeware, most of them are open-sourced.

Use the blockchain.info wallet, its the best out there. I use it personally for quite sometime now and my friends use it too. You cant create a bitcoin account, you can create a  bitcoin wallet account, a place to store your BTC.

i didnot get you actully you should take a small guide from youtube or bitcoin.org you just need a btc wallet abd you are ready for bitcoin earning and spending thats all you need and try to get some detailed information like how transactions work or what is private and public key
