Venting anoyance at aurum exchange

On Sunday I wanted to buy a fairly large amount of bit coins when it was about $90.

Signed up to aurumexchange, submitted verification documents the same day and it still hasn't been verified so I can't send bank wire yet.

Took me until today to remember I could have bought elsewhere with western union and got it done the same day.

Meanwhile in less than a week its increased by 30%.

Seriously wtf takes a company of their size so long to check their emails and process it?
