BTC-E Withdrawal

On BTC-E when I am ready to withdrawal my BTC or LTC, what do I put in the address bar?  Do I have to go through bitinstant or will Dwolla suffice? 

I'm just a little confused on this part not the depositing end.

Any answer would be really appreciated!

You withdraw to a wallet... id make a wallet at blockchain.info  , if you don't want to run the software (bitcoin-qt software)

Is it better just to use USD?  If I sell my shares of LTC to USD what's the best way to receive my money?
