Hi, I am not really sure about the bittylicious website but I am an old user of Localbitcoins. Till date I haven’t seen any restrictions in that website and I am freely trading bitcoins there. I think it is the legislation of your country that you disclose your identity before you can proceed for the trade.

In my country, I have bought bitcoin quite a few times and sold bitcoins many times. I haven’t faced any such issue with ay seller from my country.  However, there are so many other exchangers available online and you can try their services like, unichange. They have recently started a signature campaign in this forum. So I think they can be trusted.

I have not really bought any bitcoin in a while, i have been mostly trading this last year.  but i have been trying to buy today from localbitcoins and bittylicious and it has been a real challenge.  they want photos of me holding cards on localbitcoins and on bitty they need about 4 different forms of id, what is going on.

this is seriously restrictive to anyone wanting to get into bitcoin,  like its meant to be pseudonymous but if the gate ways into bitcoin dont allow that people will be put off.    Huh
Bitcoin can be buy and sel to our market. It is hard to buy for the consequences that not easy to trade in dollar specially when prices decrease. In case of emergency then btc is low so you can't get a profit. The aiming to buy btc is to trade in local currency when it is high value or to make sure that they have a profit. Buyers want to buy if btc is low then thay save it until exchanges increase.

Buying BTC for local currency is too expensive, the exchanges will charge high amount of transaction fee. But making Bitcoin with any other work is easy. I never bought Bitcoin for fiat currency. I earned coins with my hard work. With that bitcoin, i did small trading and made a small profit. I don't like to invest my real money in Bitcoin.

Over here is not so hard and its simply our financial system is not fully regulated as this gives room for some transactions to be carried out under the radar without being noticed. There are several exchange sites one can visit although the amount might be exorbitant on the other hand, we have a forum that connects the buyer and the seller to transact based on trust this is way cheaper than other means.

It depends on what exchange are you using and what type of payment are you going to choose. Like in the local exchange that we have. If you choose bank transfer to buy bitcoins, there's no fee at all and for some other banks, the fee is very little. And then there's a partnership going on with the local exchange and a convenience store that's all around the country. The fee is about 30%-35% of the amount that you are buying. That is quite a fee to me as well.

Personally in my country it wasn't hard, just we had to use documents to buy or sell BTC. But recently our government and financial body stated that its better to avoid virtual currency, though no regulations or restriction is forced on us till now.

If the government simultaneously and warns and still requires documents when buying bitcoin, then I can not understand the logic of the authorities. Perhaps they fix the turnover of bitcoins for a particular user, but apparently this is a certain difficulty for them.

I think due to the fact that I n some countries you are not allowed to exchange currencies that are not the local ones, people find it hard to buy bitcoin, and others are due to the fact that some wallets only sell bitcoin when your present ids to ensure that the coins you buy don’t go to the wrong hands, but for me the easiest way to buy bitcoin is throw peer to peer exchange site.

I also exchange Bitcoin on special Sayyah. And there were no problems. In my country, it is impossible to take bitcoin in a bank. Banks do not provide such services

Imho even child can buy a Bitcoin, after localbitcoins was opened. Poloniex and other exchanges are also good places to buy Bitcoin or (probably) any cryptocurrency.

Need some spare btc for a new PC

Have you asked in your local language forums for some online exchanges exclusively for your country? I've found about one such exchange on this forum and have been using it since and the buying/selling is so simple it can't be any simpler. I'd suggest you to ask around in your language section about your local online exchanges.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

He can surely do the tasks but is he allowed? In localbitcoins, you have to meetup with the seller. Pretty sure the parent wouldn't risk his kid meeting up with a stranger. Plus, the seller will laugh at him if they successfully met up. There are other exchanges that lets you buy bitcoins but all of them can only be paid by using your bank account. A kid doesn't have a bank account. He would have to use his parent's.

He can perform all the tasks (e.g. go to the park and meetup with the seller, enter the debit/credit card details) but he simply can't because of his age.

That is one of the problems with the average person getting bitcoins. If bitcoin ATM's were in more locations, I think more people would try to get bitcoins.

The only issue is the fact that more people would probably try to buy Bitcoins, but there may not be enough to pay for the machine. I'm sure it's probably expensive to run a Bitcoin ATM, so there would need to be a lot of users to make it profitable.

localbitcoins is one of the best buy and sell bitcoin sites in the internet and it is available anywhere in the country so if you are finding a good site to buy some bitcoins then localbitcoins is the best and it is safe also if you will just trade to those trusted seller. Most of the friends and cousins buy from that site and it is enough for me to said that it is legit and safe.

Actually it depends in the country you belong.in my country its easy to buy btc right now and too many ways to buy you canalso buy direct to your bank using our online wallet.
bitcoin is hard to buy because we dont have enough money sometimes to buy it , just like now, bitcoin has a high market value now, it is good to buy it when the price reaches a bit smaller, and the thing that hinders us from buying it, is that some other countries doesnt supports bitcoins and it has a restrictions in every sites that the citizens that are surfing online, the sites are limited.

Where did you get this information? Bitcoin was made literally so that everyone can have access to it and so that the government can't control our money anymore. If bitcoin related websites are restricted by your ISP, then do the same thing that you do when you browse a restricted porn site. Use a VPN. I don't know about you but I don't think it's possible to fully hide bitcoin-related sites to the people since there will always be new forums, new bitcoin wallets, etc.

Bitcoin has a huge price but you're not required to buy one whole bitcoin. You can buy it in smaller denominations. And if no one in your country supports bitcoins, then it's okay since you can still buy bitcoins somewhere in this forum by using your Paypal account.

Here in our country the local bitcoin supplier has higher price compare to the global price of the bitcoin and their gap between the buy and sell price is extremely so high so the buying of the bitcoin is not fair with the people and their explanation about that is the demand and supply so basically the buying of the bitcoin in our country is very unfair and hard to buy bitcoin with the current price.

BIG WINNER!

It was hard to buy Bitcoin due to high price of Bitcoin in the market, some small people can't afford the amount of Bitcoin. However, they try to have an income by using of signature campaign and other sources. Because they cannot buy Bitcoin due to unbalanced value of it in the market.
