And I start going one by one and researching what it is about. Most of it is pretty decent, they usually don't list trash on this page, but you can't trust anything and most ICOs end up being failures that start an stagnant cycle that never ends. Look at the project, research it and decide if you want to invest or not... that is how it's done.

By just following this community's recommendations. Usually people open a service discussion or general discussion for most of the promising projects. I believe that you are not asking about ICO or altcoin investments.

I have seen this https://bnktothefuture.com/ several time and i think we can trust them as most of the big blockchain based startups are getting crowdfund from this. Even Megaupload2 crowdsale was also listed here few weeks ago.

It seems legit as I always browse this site. Some site listed are in operation. Yes megaupload is using  https://bnktothefuture.com/ also. But still before you spend big amount of money, double check always the person involved and the company too.

Some of the sites are legimate and good and some of them are not .just be careful in choosing the websites .and dont get fall into scams .
