I have to say, I am stumped by the election results and also the spike in the price. It seems as though most other "Safe haven" commodities saw the same happening, so it is not just Bitcoin. Do people really think Trump will be such a bad president? He build a empire and he is super rich, so he did something right. If he can pull the American economy out of the huge debt they are in at the moment, he will go from zero to hero in no time. America do not need a "status quo" president, they need someone that can take the bull by the horns. I do not like the guy, but I think he might be the better person for the job, to make the hard/unpopular decisions.

Yes, the result of those ellection was unexpected. I am not some bitcoin analyst to reply on your cuestion about affection on bitcoin after choosing Trump as the president. The results of ellection are already made currencies to fall, but they could back on the same level almost immidiately. As I see the price for bitcoin even didn't changed. But of course position of USA to bitcoin may affect on it somehow or maybe a lot. Well, we will see.

Trump will support Bitcoins, the Bitcoin will gets it biggest ever boost. It's only matter of time, Bitcoin has been waiting for long to shine as a global recognised country and I feel trump will be the one to lead it. He's a businessman and he shall do what others have failed to do. So buy it, I am sure it will rise

If Trump really follows on his plan to throw all immigrants out of the country then I think alternative currencies like Bitcoin will sky rocket in price because people will be trying to conceal and effectively get their money out of the USA as fast and as anonymous as possible. Bitcoin could become the main payment processor of all remittances going in and out of the country. But it will all depend on what kind of direction Trump will have towards crypto currencies and Bitcoin in particular.

As I see on Blockchain price even didn't changed. The States are one of biggest number of bitcoin users country. Their politic to bitcoin can affect on bitcoin a lot. Today we can only guess what position Trump will accept to bitcoin and how it will affect on bitcoin's price. I don't wish to make any prognoses now, cause I am not the expert, but I hope Trump will just support bitcoin as currency and allow it to develop it's way.

Election has given unexpected results, this time the result is good for bitcoin and digitalization growth. When the result was confirmed, in a very short time sudden increase of around $10 took place. This gives positive hope for users.

Well would be good to knoe Trump position about bitcoin and crypto currencies, and sure the way he would handle about those should and would affect bitcoin value, because if he supports, price can raise, if he does wanna to block ir or kill it the price should drop, but i believe his opinion now has a lot of influence.

As the results of new USA president, we have to admit that Trump has made some positive effect on the Bitcoin price. Bitcoin price has risen about 5% since Trump leads the election. And although many of us dislike Trump, we can not deny that Bitcoin can once again increase up to $1000 thanks to Trump

According to an article in The Telegraph a lot of investors were flocking to safety either due to investors lack of confidence in their elected member or if they fear some form of restricted control. This probably led to the rise in today's Bitcoins price. Basically Trump has an aggressive attitude towards China and other economies and previously we have seen when economies start getting restricted and tariff are imposed people start looking at other ways to invest and may approach Bitcoin. In the long run the Bitcoins price would rise

The reason why I feel that Bitcoin had an increase in price when Trump was elected US President is because the markets fell in futures trading and people are still shocked worldwide about what happened. Long term, I think that a Trump Presidency won't have much of an effect on the future of Bitcoin. Many investors are leaving the markets and investing in other commodities, such as gold, other precious metals, and even Bitcoin. There is much uncertainty in the world right now and we will have to wait to see what will happen.

He's a businessman, he'll see the opportunity in bitcoin but I don't think that the price will be affected in the near future by that fact.

i do not think this will change anything in the next few years. i feel like i should specify that i mean it will not change anything for bitcoin. sure there was a price increase most likely caused because of the results, but i think it will be only temporally.

If Trump blocks remittances to Mexico or blocks Visas then the price of bitcoin will go up. In the first 100 days he wants to start sending illegal criminals back to Mexico and if Mexico doesn't accept them he will start blocking visas. This will cause temporary chaos and the market might drop. Mexico will be forced to accept the criminals.
Further along beyond 100 days Trump will start deporting more illegals and building a wall. More chaos will ensue, the market will drop, money will flow to gold, silver and bitcoin. Trump will force Western Union and other remittance companies to block money going to Mexico. He will force Mexico to accept the illegals or else risk 100% border closure. Mexico again will have no choice and do what Trump will say.
Finally, Trump will force Mexico to pay for the wall by disallowing trade to occur with Mexico. A wall is a drop in the bucket compared to billions lost in trade.
Worst that could happen is Mexico will work with Russia and allow nukes to be located on Mexican land like how Fidel Castro did during the Cuban missile crisis. U.S. will be forced to blockade Mexico and secretly plan for an invasion, similar to what happened during the Bay of Pigs with Cuba.
This could be chaos, folks.

The rise in BTC price came from the big demand after all stocks dumped, not because people think that Donald Trump will boost bitcoin, anyway, I have seen conflicting news today after the end of the election, American people do not know how trump will deal with many issues not only cryptocurrencies, so we are at early time to judge Trump's impact on bitcoin.

Neither of this. I realy don't think that Trump or something he does can influence the Bitcoin price in good or bad way. Bitcoin price depends on totaly different factors. I don't even beleive that Bitcoin is in his personal focus. Actualy at this moment we can't now at all what and how he will do anything. But Americans should be worried about the US dollar.

The markets crash every election as a sign of disenfranchisement with who ever gets in. Those that support Trump see good gains for cheap and those against him see the sky falling and impending doom. Markets are already rebounding so I think it was clear shock at what happened. So bitcoin will not really see a wave without some kind of statement from Trump indicating positive pathes.
