SO, I have a bone to pick! 

I placed a bet @ SatoshiOption of 0.001 BTC, WON, 
Confirmation:

But was only paid back my original bet of 0.001 btc, instead of the 1.5x winnings of 0.0015! This didn't even cover the fee of 0.0005 btc!! Are you kidding me? If you're running a site like this, and don't even pay out what you say you will, you won't last long!!

The point here is that a payout was promised and not returned!

Really freaking uncalled for dude, the guy is a newbie, and this is the newbie section.
The man is pointing out a flaw that should DEFINITLY get fixed and he deserves compensation for it.
The value of the incident is debateable because its a Systems flaw, Imagine if that .001 was worth $1,000USD, would you care then?
My point is that USD are Fiat, and Bitcoins are Bitcoins, they are two compleatley differant things and the System fucked the guy over.
