Is buying/selling accounts allowed here? If so, where can i find that section? Because i didnt find any post about that  in marketplace or marketplace>digital goods... Or is it there but just rarely's someone selling?

Account sales are allowed but are discouraged and could land you negative trust. Most sales happen either in Digital Goods or Auctions.
