expect you will see many marketers try and set up one to promote it and make money selling it from that premine he's using to make payouts. you can already see a few claiming they are doing it for a mate? no they are doing it for self interest to sell you a package of coins. or some technology products, or energy business sales?
as far as i can see you can only get the premine from buying it off them + holding it to gain interest is that right? therefore no reason to dump the premine but just turn over the money and payouts, it's a affiliate marketing program,
it's run by a real business thats it, that uses affiliate marking to sell + pays out commission, which would sum it up, i don't work for them but got some it's cheap considering.
in summary a-lot of companies don't do they do, they don't set it up so it's on a exchange as soon as possible, things like Adscash does not do that, or Onecoin, Adscash and Onecoin have internal exchanges,
but Xecoin this coin has made it on the freemarket therefore is good + worth buying.

but you should buy them at C-cex and if you can sell them on inside that private exchange if it's the same coin, which i think it is.
it's probably a MLM idea, only valuable if you can transfer the coins over to that private network.
+ sell them with-out hassle of having to buy anything.
