.xyz is not a good domain extension I've used to have 3 xyz domain but was disable because of alleged spamming when I have not yet use those domains,it's better if it is .com or .net I doubt if people will bite to your offer.

I used a few xyz sites and had no problems with search engine but may be spam but I guess his dom would be us for spam if someone bought it
but xyz address aren't as goo as .com but people still use and buy them.
try to lower the price as well as it seem a bit high for what it is.

 No problems with xyz domains extension itself,but I guess his domain name would be us for spam if someone bought it.
