It seems that many users are having bad experience with this site, I never actually manage to finish the rollover bonus before at x10, but if the rollover is really more than x10 as stated by Bitinity, then I suppose the admin should change the promotion title of rollover to the exact amount of rollover needed to withdraw, because that would avoid a lot of confusion to new player who deposit at your site.

And it simply is frustrating if the players can't withdraw their money after completing the rollover of x10
