I am trying to find a solution for this, the best way to get cash paper money for your bitcoins. Not every country or city has bitcoin atm to get cash instantly for your bitcoins.

I have one idea in my mind "an mobile app shows nearby money holders, you deposit btc to your account and click on any money holder nearby, now he gets notification and your bitcoin goes to escrow (also he can see the). You will generate a QR code you have to share this code with him until he gives you cash, you can go to him to pickup or ask him to come at my place. Once you let him scan QR code from your mobile phone the btc goes to his account."

This is interesting, but i don't think if i could find someone nearby or ask him to came at my place or go to him since i believe i'm the only one who used bitcoin here ( i live in a small island btw) just saying, the alternative maybe he can send me the cash via wire transfer this will be effective especially in time. So this is like i deposite BTC > Find money holder who live in same country with me > Bitcoin Goes to Escrow > He sent me fiat (via wire transfer) > Confirmed, Transaction is done. Nice idea Hoping this available on android version, goodluck.

Your idea is nice but i see there are few things that may arise problem in future;
1. There is local bitcoin which is also compatible with mobile so people may not get interested in downloading whole new app to do this.

2. you also have to concern about securing all the bitcoin that get deposited, if there will be some hole in your security you will loss all hard earned trust.

3. Walking to that people or asking him to come to your place with cash in hand to just scan your private key (qr code) to get those bitcoin may become tedious job for buyer.

People really get scared about downloading new app and storing/trusting app with their bitcoin. They may just use paxful, localbitcoin like site which also have inbuilt escrow feature.

Good idea, but that will open a chance to robber to stole your money, could be meet up place has been designed to trap you, and our privacy is not private anymore.

The security app is should be considered.

And also there are localbitcoin which can use for face to face transaction.

Yes this could be possible problem and adding more security barriers like Verified Photo ID and proof of address will make it more difficult for people.

i think its a good idea but only if that person is on our area or our city and have to live in that city, but if that person is not in that city, then its hard to buy and sell bitcoin. it like to use mycelium and buy prepaid voucher in the website, i only just scan the QR code and send the amount of bitcoin to the website and in less than 5 second, i can get the voucher code in my android phone.

What if he takes a knife out and forces you to send the coins at the escrow ? In third world countries,I fear this the most.On a serious note,as mentioned above,localbitcoins did that ages ago.

Whoever said a trade has to be anonymous to be safe?
We all buy stuff at grocery stores SAFELY and it's not anonymous.

ID verification will not help.

You will face forged accounts with fake ID, even if you use a good API like Jumio, it will cost you $2 / verification and results are not accurate (people can get IDs from craiglist for example).
Users will run away, it does not offer any anonymity.
You will have to face the law for non compliance with Anti Money Laundering laws.
You will also have lots of forged bills, and your app users will get mad and probably sue you.

Interesting idea but it has a few catches. What if there is no user nearby who could provide you Bitcoins? And what would be the measure to protect users from scam? I think people are stil more keen to exchange Bitcoins on online exchangers or localbitcoins.
But stil, like I've said it's interesting idea and it's worth trying to develope the app, some people might be interested.

I totally agree with your line of reasoning, when you take privacy away from bitcoin, it loses part of its cryptocurrency qualities and only very few people would not mind. Other than that, the idea of asking or going over to people to give or take money simply brings us back at one. The world has gone real digital, no point living in the past.
