6/17 Edit* Main Thread Here >>>: http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=18197.0

Original Thread- http://glbse.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=30

Hello Everyone,

As Bitcoin Grows and develops so do the needs of the community. BitFlow Systems Inc. acts as a holding company and a guiding hand to a multitude of Bitcoin Industry endeavors. Currently, we are preparing for a initial public offering (IPO) of common share stock in the company.
-As of Right Now: 6/13/11, No one should buy shares, the contract is not at 100% yet. -
But by 6/15, roughly 25% of the company will be up for grabs Cheesy

Authorized Shares : 1,000,000
Shares Outstanding : 1,000,000
Common Share Type: 1,000,000
Market Cap: ?

-We authorized 1M Shares of common stock. No shares are weighted or worth more than others, i.e your shares are valued the same as the ceo's personal shares.
-You are not liable for any debts incurred by the company, although you enjoy profit sharing dividends.
-Reports Filed in accordance with by-laws, minimum filing period is quarterly.
-1 share is 1 vote on a motion

Projects:
-Mining Farm (Always Growing, more equipment *with pics* coming this month in mail)
-Financial Services Website (We bought Bitcoinbux.com it is UnderConstruction) Financial Instruments available in BTC currency (CD,Savings,Loans,Transfers, wire, moneypack, payroll, etc.)
-Mining Pool - This is in a Speculative Stage, and would still need to go through motions and votes.
-BitcoinForex Trading - This is one of the ways our investment brokers get returns for client investments, we actively trade on mt gox currently.
-We have 2 more projects up our sleeve, but I am afraid it isnt worth pointing them out here just to lose them to the vultures..We are excited though and would consider discussing with serious potential investors.

The IPO is set to be at .01 BTC per share. We like the idea of giving our investors more shares worth less each, so they will really feel the growth.
The capital raised from the sell of these shares, will of course be invested into our current proven profit projects, and would be expected to start "Working" for you within a month. Monthly dividends start the following month after first realized profit is posted.

This will Be the BitFlowSystems Thread for now, I will update here as needed. I wanted to get a general outline of what we are doing because i dont think the context of the contract really did our operation justice Cheesy

Lets be the first Bitcoin Stock Market Success!

Nefario, I sent you a message, I was the guy who needed to upload the new contract because it uploaded a detached signature, rather than the whole contract.
I also put in bold DO NOT BUY YET (until 6/15 because we should have the new one up by then right?) because the contract was not at 100%.
I am no scammer and I have nothing but good intentions, But i do want to get the ball rolling and start answering questions before we actually take investors.
So I guess If you could comment nefario and verify that I am actively trying to fix the contract without bugging you to much, that would be awesome.
Thank you.

The goal of this thread is to review the focus and coherent strategy with potential investors. I did not intend for that first post to be an all-encompassing statement about the company, but rather an intro so we can discuss each particular endeavor and its applicable strategy.

In a nutshell, the mining operation is the bread and butter.
This is not to say that one of the financial services wouldn't ever be more lucrative, it is just the mining is the most researched and has a projected return value that is pretty easily estimated and conveyed to others.
Also it is literally generating money, so if we were to offer say an online casino (or any service with risk) with an average odds of 4.45% in our favor, and we experienced a losing streak, our risk is mitigated by the fact that we are producing the product that we are losing. Not that a programmed casino would lose us money but it does happen.

So basically the bare strategy is to
-Increase mining output
-Conduct tedious market analysis, and set parameters to mt gox exchange trades
-Continue developing the sites (We also acquired betterbitcoinbureau.info *spoiler*)

I understand your concern with creating something of substance that people will remember, but the thing i am going to create for them is a profit, and they will remember that product better than nike. (Financial instruments are actually products you can be known for such as the payday loan, or the CD)

The letter on 6/15 will have our forward looking statement, and more info about my background as well as the other officers.
*References in Relative Industries are available to serious investors.*

It is not complicated
-Mine more...
-Make trades that profit more than %0.65 and $0.25 (the cost of a mt gox trade and dwolla transaction).
-Continue recruiting real-world USD investors (we have several)
-Continue recruiting real-world enthusiasts as volunteers and employees
-Our website will cost little to nothing and will be performing financial transactions for given percentages, even with limited traffic this will generate profit. If we succeed, this could generate more than the mining because we would not be limited to physical resources in the same way and could theoretically be profiting off of lots of different situations.

The mining setup basically provides the stepping stones to being able to use bitcoins for commerce. you have to mitigate risk. You can only risk what is proportionally available to your setup.

Also Investment instruments such as the CD and Bond will give us a flow of available capital for whatever should pop up along the way.

If your wondering how I am planning on using investor funds, then good. you should be. A detailed letter on where the first investments will be used will be available right here on the morning of 6/15 right before the IPO.

Please take into consideration that no one from this forum is vested in this company yet so I dont like divulging all the detailed info, although i dont want to imply a lack of focus, so I will do the best I can do.
