There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It doesn't even looks like brakoo profits at all. I think they were just using automated bets to create fake users at the start. It's hard to attract users when no one else plays.

I think they were focusing on the wrong market, this kind of lottery should be lunched on the darknet markets, people with abit more money to spend.
