you basically have 2 servers (well, one server and one decent home computer)... I tried mining on dedicated boxes a long time ago, didn't make any significant income. Which such servers you're limited to mining CPU-minable coins. There are very little viable candidates.
In order to mine anything profitable, i guess you'll either need to invest in a decent ASIC or in some good GPU's... Be carefull tough: it's not because you bought an antminer S9 that you'll make a guaranteed profit... It still depends on your location, knowledge, luck, spare parts, taxes,... and most importantly: electricity rate!
