Not sure about this.  Not getting an answer I'm looking for so I offered a bounty.  Is that ok?

There are some bounty threads every now and then and they don't get deleted. So I'm sure it's allowed.

Sure. I mean If someone helps you , you can always ask him for his address and then send some $ to him. or you could offer a "service" where you pay for whoever helps you.
Most of the time , you will get a lot of technical help for free If It's related to BTC.

What help do you require?

Try posting it here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=4.0

achow101 is the moderator in that section, he's one of the most knowledgable guys here, you won't have to pay a bounty even if he is able to help.

Thanks.  It was setting up a second antminer that wasn't reading root/root after reset.  I got help immediately after posting here and he didn't even accept the bounty reward I had posted in the thread.  I'll close this thread.
