Only way to promote your business in the forum is signature campaign or buying ads from the forum administrator.I don't think there is any more legit way to promote your business  in this forum.

I am also in a signature campaign now, and I would like to know more details about this service. It also might be worth mentioning the rates you're paying in the thread itself. Again, this should not have to do with PM'ing or spamming at all... that would turn away people and probably ruin your reputation here on bitcointalk.

Advertising outside the signature space is not allowed so if you are trying to look for people to solicit people to use your service, you will most likely be going against the rule.

I believe avatar campaigns may fit any advertisers who are having very limited budget for their promotions. However, there are few limitations with avatar campaign when we are considering about its efficiency.

Signature campaign too is a way of promoting a project/service. You need to shed more light on what you guys want to actually do, once it is legit I'm sure you will get people to do it

OP try contacting the ACE ad campaign experts, if you want high quality promotion with signature with a fixed budget you can talk to them.

To stay competitive and to have quality posters OP must pay decent rates. Still, there are campaigns which are paying low and they are carrying on their campaigns till date, it means they are getting their preferred results through their limited budget campaigns.
So, this must be true : with a fixed budget also a business may find their success by having campaigns here.

I suggest if you will put the complete information about it, update and put it on your first post so no one will get confuse. Is it illegal that's why you are hiding it? Many of us here willing to help and promote it but make sure it is clean, legal and according to the forum rules.
