Your calculations are correct, but satoshi-karoshi's house rate is not above normal.
eg the 5x14 game

After each click you have the option to 'take' or 'rebet', each time with a house rake of less than 3%  (rake = 1 - 80%*nextMultipier/LastMultipier  )

You say that a total 25% house rake is retarded, but keep in mind that you have bet 14 times your money after the 14th bet, meaning that you'll have payed rakes 14 times.

If you 'spin the circle' 14 times on satoshicircle.com, and each time you bet your (first bet + all winnings), you'll have lost (1.76% *14) on avarage = 24.64%.

Weird that no one replied to your assumptions!

That being said, I think the site has some potential, it looks nice, is fair, still some work to be done on the skin.
It only lacks working HTTPS (it says:ssl_error_rx_record_too_long), which is really a must for gambling sites. Anyone who sniffes the network can find the secret url, not possible with https.

What do you mean? on the site there is no edge above 3% per bet, as I explained.

I got a PM from a satoshi-karoshi user having an issue with your site.

He thought I was somehow the owner or admin of this site, so I want to point out that I am in no way affiliated with satoshi-karoshi. I only replied to a statement which was "wrong" Smiley

How much visitors does your site have, just curious Smiley

hi there Smiley

i didn't answer earlier cause i had a really busy week and made a lot of learnings as you might imagine. always afraid of the tiny vserver not being able to handle the peak traffic... the database crashed once (we've been able to recover it) a smart guy (hey stranger, you deserved it) took our first days earnings due to a exploit (we fixed it) and we got lots of feedback (thank you all).
we might be new in gambling but we are not in onlinebusiness and we take this business serious - in particular as our first week was a quite successful beta phase. new design is in progress and new servers are ordered as well as SSL certs are.

the claimed 25% rake is not true. it would be true if everyone would always have to play all rows but you can stop the game after each row and take your winnings so far.

the 3x8 for example (which is btw. 3x6 now cause it's a bit frustrating to pay out a 20x bet when you have not accumulated much funds yet. a lucky guy deposited 0.3BTC and cashed out about 13BTC yesterday so he earned more at this site than we did to date )...:
let's say you have started with a bet of 1BTC and have just passed the 5th row which means you have already won 6.4BTC and are now betting these 6.4BTC to possibly win an amount of 9.29BTC so the actual multiplier is 9.29/6.4=1.45 like in the first and every other row.
the chance to win the 6th row is also the same as the chance to win the first or any other row, namely 66.67% not 8.78% as you claim - 8.78% is the chance to win 6 rows in a row.

so as Wassupia already said the rake is ~3% in every case and i'm waiting for apologizes Wink

The site seems pretty nice, the layout could use a bit of work though.

So far I seem to be able to stay ahead if I cash out at the x2.19 mark, have turned .01 into .1 in around two hours

Hey there! I've had some issues with your site, your site took more bets then I placed. I placed 0.001 and sometimes it just tripled that randomly upon loss.

Which should not happen of course. If you tell me your accountId I'll be happy to look up the game and accounting logs.

Your font is being blocked by google Chrome, in the url replace 'http://' with '//' the browser will then intelligently choose http/https
