Hi,

Actually you could able to send  PM  to someone  even  if  you are  a newbie. It do have  limit  360 seconds  on each message and  do only 5 message per day  i guess.
You can  just simply click on  the  persons  name / members name and   you could  see  below  a text showing  "Send this member a personal message." and thats  it.
